For and in consideration of the agreement by the City of Perry, Dallas County, Iowa, a
municipal corporation organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Iowa, to
allow me (or us) to display certain paintings or other objects owned or possessed by me,
or under my control, in the Perry Public Library, Perry, Iowa, I
_____________________________________, do hereby assume all risk of loss,

damage, or destruction to the said paintings or other
articles, whether the same shall be by vandalism, fire, and casualty, or form any other
cause, or whether such loss or damage shall be the result of any negligence or misconduct
of any person in the employ of the City of Perry, or otherwise, and I hereby agree to save
and hold harmless the said City of Perry from any and all such damage and loss.
