The Friends of the Perry Public Library do a formal mass mailing each year to solicit money for their cause. The funds go to the Perry Public Library in many forms: books, equipment, and much more. You can become a member at any time throughout the year by completing the Membership Form and leaving your money and the form at the front desk. Below are the different membership categories:

| Friend, Patron Membership | $10.00 |
| Friend, Book Lover's Membership | $25.00 |
| Lifetime Membership (Individual Name on plaque in foyer) | $100.00 |
| Lifetime Membership (Business Name on plaque in foyer) | $100.00 |
